Be a part of this community wide event as JCC Houston hosts the JCC Maccabi Games for the fourth time since 1995! These are the main ways that you can be involved – and you don’t even have to have kids to be included. . .
Be a Host Family – we are looking for 800 Jewish households to “house” visiting athletes. For specific questions about housing out-of-town athletes, please contact Patti Hanfling. If you would like to be added to our current list of host families, please contact Leslie Holmes.
Be a Volunteer – over 1,000 volunteers will be needed to assist in many different aspects of the week, which include: athletics, arrivals, serving meals, transportation, social events, medical, facility management, and coaching. For more information please contact Leslie Holmes.
Compete as an Athlete – Team Houston will be represented by more than 350 Jewish, local teens ages 12-16 who will compete in the following sports: baseball, golf, track & field, volleyball, basketball, tennis, bowling, dance, flag football, soccer, softball, swimming & table tennis.
